De Blasio created a group like this last year, but did not fund it.  We still think contacting the Attorney General and your state legislators gives us the greatest chance for success, but are hopeful this agency, one day, will help.  -Jan. 10, 2019

 

NYC Landlord Watchlist: In 2018, Robert Kaydanian was identified as the 12th worst landlord in all of NYC in the "100 worst landlords in NYC" watchlist released by 2018's Public Advocate Letitia James (she is now the NY Attorney General). His name has since been removed from almost all building records, presumably in an effort to keep him off the Worst Landlords List.  -December 2018
