Did you know that your landlord owns more than 50 buildings, all under different LLC names?  

 

Tenants of the buildings below, all owned and run by the same group of people, have all reported the same predatory landlord behavior.  

 

The following are buildings associated with Eden Ashourzadeh, Robert Kaydanian, Catherine Llopis, Jackie Ortiz etc. 

Many of them have dozens of HPD and DOB violations, stop work orders, etc. In the past, two INK buildings (53 Montrose Avenue and 64 Graham Avenue) were in such a state of disrepair that they were taken over by the city's Alternative Enforcement Program.
